Ex BBA Star, Karen Igho is battling cancer, but not too worry she says all is well as she will undergo Chemotherapy soon.

She was bold enough to let the whole world know that she’s battling the disease on twitter. Some minutes later, she deleted the tweet. This has kept many in a state of confusion as to if truly she’s battling cancer or not.

To set the record straight, back in October 2013, Karen disclosed that she had a lumpectomy because lumps were found in her breasts.
